RegToy
RegToy provides access to a variety of Windows XP tweaks and settings that allow you to customize your system, set restrictions and improve performance. The program organizes all tweaks by category, and also includes a wizard and a search tool that lets you find specific tweaks across all categories by keyword. RegToy comes with several additional utilities to find and remove invalid registry entries, cycle your desktop wallpaper, clean your hard drive, clear system memory, schedule shutdowns and more.
